Memento: A Boulder Life Line
Memento (Latin for reminder) is one of the boulder problems found and solved by Zangerl in the mountains of Silvretta (the mountain range which crosses the border between Switzerland and Austria).
The film is exceptional in many ways. The effort involved, for example: the film was shot not with a digicam, but on 16mm celluloid. Some 400kg of equipment - including a crane - had to be transported to the far-flung locations in Tessin, in the Magic Wood in Switzerland's Averstal and the mountains of Silvretta. Filming could only be carried out whenever the weather promised optimum lighting conditions - the 14 days of shooting were therefore spread over two years.
Memento pushed not only the limits on bouldering, but the film has also changed the way climbing films are made. An excellent film featuring some breathtaking locations.

"Memento" includes some boulder shots of the kind of detail never before seen. The film not only shows some spectacular high balls, but also attempts to show the motivation behind and procedures involved in bouldering. The result is a film which oozes inner calm, which follows the main protagonist on the rock face and in his thoughts. "To dive into this small world is for me to forget everything around me, only concentrate on the next move," says Bernd Zangerl of his passion. "Everything becomes very simple and things just happen - and sometimes, sometimes the outside world no longer exists. It's always a journey, a journey into the unknown ... and waking up in my dreams!"

If you're not happy with your product then please feel free to return it to us as we want you to be a happy customer. Pretty simple really.
We will either exchange the item or refund you unless it breaks any of the below rules:
- Clothing must be in a re-saleable condition (unworn, unsoiled)
- Footwear must not show any signs of wear
- DVDs must be returned in their original packaging
- It must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item
How to return or exchange an item
When returning an item for refund or exchange please use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and retain the receipt with your tracking code in case it disappears in transit. We will refund you the cost of the postage if the item we sent is not the item you bought (e.g. wrong size or colour) once we receive the original item back in stock.
We will unfortunately not refund any postage costs. We will however send any exchanged items back to you without charging you the postage.
Note: If returning footwear, please, please, please do not use the box the shoes came in to write on / stick the address on etc... as we need this box for the next customer. Please use the bag it came in or something suitable.

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it but in general you should expect delivery within 5 days. If you haven't received it within 5 days please contact us.
Your order will be sent Royal Mail first class. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address (eg work) when you place your order.
For items valued at £5.00 or less that will fit through a letterbox we offer you the option of using normal post so you don't have to sign for it. But please be aware that will be at your risk.

If your order is being delivered outside the European Union then you will not be charged VAT, but you will need to pay your country's customs fees and import duties when you receive your package. About our stock
We try to make sure that our online stock information is accurate when you place your order, but as we don't (as yet) run a live stock update system, when stock gets low we can't promise we will have what you ordered.
We do update the stock availability on the site every day, so if your order is urgent then call us and we will let you know if we have it. Sometimes we'll just plain sell out and it takes a while to re-order. If you really, really want that item, get in touch and we'll try our best to find you one.
