Selection Event

Why are we having a selection day?

Every summer we host a selection day for our Advanced Kids & Youth Club/WADS/WADS+  groups. Anybody who is interested can join our selection event to put themselves forward for these groups in a format that is fair and unbiased.

The results from this selection day will help us determine the best groups for each individual climber.

Who is it aimed at?

This selection day is aimed at anyone between the ages of 9-16 year olds (or turning 9 this year) who would like the opportunity to develop their talent for climbing further. They do not have to already attend one of our clubs, but due to the format of the competition we recommend that they have a fair amount of climbing experience and climb at a reasonably high level.

The selection day will take place on Saturday 8th July. The times will vary depending on the age category, please see below to book a spot.

If you have any questions regarding the event please contact Olly@climbingworks.com.
