ADULT

Adults without climbing experience must be supervised while climbing.

Which of the following best describes you?

EXPERIENCED CLIMBER

'I have climbed in a bouldering wall before and understand the safety rules. I feel confident climbing unsupervised.'

You can register to use the centre online then complete your registration on arrival.

You will in turn be able to supervise up to 2 novices (adult and / or U18).

NOVICE CLIMBER

'I have not climbed before or have little experience of climbing. I have never climbed in a bouldering wall.'

There are two ways for you to get started.

As a Supervised Novice

If you know an experienced climber, they can supervise you in the centre.

Once you've gained a little more experience you can sign up to climb unsupervised. An experienced climber can supervise up to 2 novices.

Attend an Adult Induction

In this session you will learn to safely use a bouldering centre and the basics of climbing movement and techniques. Upon completion you will be able to climb unsupervised in the centre whenever you like.

SUPERVISOR

'I don't want to climb, I just want to supervise my child.

I don't have any climbing experience.'

If you don't climb but would like to supervise an U18, you can do so in the Mini Works. You just need to watch our video induction on arrival.
