What a day we had at this year's Summer Youth Cup! Everyone put on such a strong show, it was very impressive to see. Thank you to all the climbers who came from far and wide to take part in our competition - it was wonderful to be able to bring this young community together.

I previously encountered difficulties geometry dash with overhanging routes; but, following many months of consistent board sessions, my confidence and core strength significantly improved.
