Sheffield Schools Competition

Sheffield Schools Bouldering Competition 2022

This annual competition is the highlight climbing event for all Sheffield/ Greater Sheffield schools.

This is a fun, inclusive competition, offering a new experience for many who enter - with a large number of teams being made up of pupils who have had little or no previous climbing experience. In some cases, sparking a lifelong love for the sport!

Over the years we've seen this competition get more and more popular, and this year we're hoping the introduction of climbing into the Olympics will encourage even more students to get involved.

To enter a team for the 2022 Sheffield/ Greater Sheffield  (Rotherham, Doncaster, Barnsley, Chesterfield or The Peak District) Primary Bouldering competition please complete a registration form and submit by 14th January.

Teams must consist of 4 - 6 climbers and include both male and female competitors. The competitors must be in years 5 and/or 6 and don't need to be experienced climbers to take part.

Registration £60 per team of 6 (up to 18 climbers per school)
