If you're not happy with your product then please feel free to return it to us as we want you to be a happy customer. Pretty simple really.
We will either exchange the item or refund you unless it breaks any of the below rules:
- Clothing must be in a re-saleable condition (unworn, unsoiled)
- Footwear must not show any signs of wear
- DVDs must be returned in their original packaging
- It must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item
How to return or exchange an item
When returning an item for refund or exchange we recommend using Royal Mail Tracked & Signed for and retain the receipt with your tracking code in case it is lost in transit, as we need proof of postage to process a refund. We will refund you the cost of the return postage if the item we sent is not the item you bought (e.g. wrong size or colour) once we receive the original item back in stock.
If there is no fault with the returned item then we will not refund any return postage costs. We will however send any exchanged items back to you without charging you the postage.
Note: If returning footwear, please, please, please do not use the box the shoes came in to write on / stick the address on etc... as we need this box for the next customer. Please use the bag it came in or something suitable.
