Return to The Works

I've been away from The Works for a bit of a holiday home, 10 days in fact. It was to involve a trip to one of the best crags in the U.K, Fairhead, but a shoulder injury in early May put paid to that. Instead it was time spent at home with the family and friends trying not to indulge too much.

With my return to the Works, it's time to catch up on some bits and pieces. The main thing to let you, our dear customers, know is the partial wall closure in mid June. All the details are here so you know exactly what is going on and when.

With the weather playing so nice at the moment it's great to think that we may actually get a decent Summer this year. If it does happen, make sure to catch Cliffhanger this year on the 11th & 12th July in Millhouses Park. We'll be there with 5.10 to provide some free coaching over the weekend. You may not think you need any, but that may change when you watch the British Bouldering Championships which will have the best of UK boulderers battling it out on a wall built by our Mr Bishton and Andy Long. Expect some funky features and stunning problems.
