Tim has designed this 90 minute workshop. Tim will show you what is going on in your body, explain the main reasons injuries occur and take you through his tried and tested, 5 step strategy to recover from injury and return to function.



When: Thursday 21st September, arrive at 19:15 for a 19:30 start.
