Training to Train Workshop, The Secret Behind Training Smarter
Struggling to climb through a crux move?

To make sure that you're getting the most out of your training session you’ll learn the benefits of structuring sessions and where to start. Tim will introduce stretching techniques to aid warm up and cool down as well as correct technique and what to look for when doing push ups and pull ups in an aim to help you get quicker results.
In this 90 minute workshop, you will learn:
✔︎ How to structure your session, from warm up to cool down.
✔︎ The importance of a great warm up.
✔︎ Pull Ups & Push Ups - what goes wrong and how to fix it.
✔︎ The importance of using 'bolt on' sessions.
✔︎ Some simple and easy to apply ways to increase your flexibility and keep it.
