Tim from Peak Pro Fitness will be running his FREE 90 minute workshop on Functional Movement designed specifically for climbers on Thursday 12th May @ 7.30pm.
The workshop will cover the key areas that limit climbing movement and Tim will show you how to release these areas and then take you through some easy movement drills to reawaken your climbing and movement potential.
