Tim from Peak Pro Fitness will be running his FREE 90 minute workshop on Shoulders designed specifically for climbers on Thursday 14th April @ 7.30pm.

Tim will show you what is going on in your shoulders, explain the main reasons shoulder injuries occur and take you through his tried and tested, 5 step strategy to recover from injury and return to function.
