Fixing the Climber’s Shoulder - recovery and function Workshop
With Grit Season nearly upon us it's time to get ourselves functionally fit and ready....
Tim from Peak Pro Fitness will be running three FREE workshops over the next couple of months to help us climbers get motivated for our winter goals.
The first workshop is on Thursday 9th October at 7.30pm - 9.00pm and is based on fixing or preventing shoulder injuries.
Tim will run through movement patterns to find out what is happening to your shoulders, explain the main reasons shoulder injuries occur and take you through his tried and tested, step by step method to recover from injury and return to function.
The workshop will cover self massage & stretching techniques as well as how to activate then strengthen weak muscles. You will then take this a step further and have some fun on the TRX to learn the best and most efficient way to create bombproof shoulders.
The second workshop is on Circuit Training for Climbers and will run on Thursday 6th November at 7.30pm - 9.00pm
The third is a NEW workshop on Movement-Funtion-Movement and will run on Thursday 4th December at 7.30pm - 9.00pm
