If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it but in general you should expect delivery within 5 days. If you haven't received it within 5 days please contact us.

Your order will be sent Royal Mail first class. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address (eg work) when you place your order.

Please note that for overseas orders we are only able to deliver to your billing address. All the prices on our website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT if applicable (eg guidebooks and magazines are exempt from VAT) If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union then your bill will include UK VAT unless you are VAT registered (please contact us if this is the case)

If your order is being delivered outside the European Union then you will not be charged VAT, but you will need to pay your country's customs fees and import duties when you receive your package. All orders will incur VAT* if applicable unless the order has come from within the EU and the customer is VAT registered and has supplied a VAT number. *Except Jersey, Guernsey Alderney & Sark which are VAT Exempt and all orders from outside the EU.



We try to make sure that our online stock information is accurate when you place your order, but as we don't (as yet) run a live stock update system, when stock gets low we can't promise we will have what you ordered.

We do update the stock availability on the site every day, so if your order is urgent then call us and we will let you know if we have it. Sometimes we'll just plain sell out and it takes a while to re-order. If you really, really want that item, get in touch and we'll try our best to find you one.
