Introducing our Grit Strong coaching sessions!  

6-week training program designed to increase your Bouldering Performance on Grit Stone.
The evening runs for 1.5 hours on Friday evenings at 7:30-9:00pm, starting on the 5th November

The 6 weeks training program will cover a strength phase of a training cycle focusing on Finger-boarding, Strength and Conditioning, Antagonistic Training, Core Strengthening, Movement Drills, and Flexibility.

Climbing Works coach Alex Hithersay will be leading the session and taking you through the program.

Living just outside the Peak District Alex has spent over 10 years honing his grit stone climbing and bouldering skills and consistently sends in the high 7’s. Keen to share his training knowledge, Alex has designed a 6 week program to help you get stronger, and work towards your climbing goals.

 

The session will be limited to 6 participants to ensure you receive a high level of coaching throughout the program.
