Adult Master Classes
These sessions are ideal for climbers who require more direction with their training. A step up from our Adult Improvers classes for climbers who need some tips on how to train their weaknesses, or just want fresh new ideas. You can individually book onto the session you feel you need to work on the most, or do them all!
These will run on a Saturday morning @ 10:30-12:00pm
The 6 topics covered will be:
1. Warm Ups and Cool Downs 8th February)
2. Endurance Training (22nd February)
3. Power Endurance (7th March)
4. Dynamic Moves and Dynos (28th March)
5. Strength Training (4th April)
6. Volumes (18th April)
These topics will be repeated throughout the year, so if you can't make a specific date, keep an eye out for our next course.
