Adult Master Classes

These sessions are ideal for climbers who require more direction with their training. A step up from our Adult Improvers classes for climbers who need some tips on how to train their weaknesses, or just want fresh new ideas. You can individually book onto the session you feel you need to work on the most, or do them all! 

These will run on a Saturday morning @ 10:30-12:00pm 

 

The 6 topics covered will be:

 

1. Warm Ups and Cool Downs (19th January) 

2. Endurance Training (26th January)

3. Power Endurance (2nd February) 

4. Dynamic Moves and Dynos (9th February)

5. Strength Training (16th February)

6. Volumes (23rd February)

 

These topics will be repeated throughout the year, so if you can't make a specific date, keep an eye out for our next course.
