Coaching Expertise;

From grass roots to elite competitors, youngsters to seasoned veterans; no matter what the goal Ross aims to find fun and exciting ways for you to train and improve. By understanding how you learn and train, Ross will adapt a plan to help you improve your own style of climbing as well as adding more tools and techniques to your repertoire. Alongside that, an emphasis on creativity and exploration will reveal how to tackle problems in your own style.

“Within two weeks of working with Ross I achieved my goal of 7A and climbed several very hard problems that I feel I could have never done without Ross’ help. He has helped shift my focus from climbing a complete route to doing moves I can be better at; I feel the enjoyment of trying hard moves I can’t do and later succeeding at them.

Ross gave me some creative ways to approach things I struggle with and has given me a way to deal with any weakness I can encounter in my future climbing. He also gave me an excellent plan to choose training sessions from and answered every specific question I had with knowledge and precision.

I feel that since the lessons with Ross I have had more enjoyment and achieved a higher level of climbing. I will definitely ask Ross in the future for more lessons and help.”
