The internet is full of information about training for climbing. There's articles and advice about endurance, finger strength, core strength and rehab. The problem is that sometimes there's too much information, and that one article may contradict another.
This page is here to try and make some sense out of all the madness. We'll try to prevent easy to read, helpful articles about training. We'll also send you to external websites and pages that we think provide some of the most helpful advice out there.
