Finger strength is what sets great climbers apart from merely good climbers. Ultimately it is your fingers that keep you in contact with the rock and therefore they will be the limiting factor in what you can achieve. Neglect them at your peril. As with all Moon products our design philosophy is definitely "less is more" and the Moon fingerboard is no exception. Do not be conned into buying a fancy fingerboard at a high price. The Moon fingerboard is all you need. It contains all the different types of holds you need to train on to get stronger for all types of climbing, from half-joint finger edges through to incut finger-jugs; 2-finger pockets through to 4-finger pockets, plus 2 different types of slopers. It's a compact, simple design which, if used correctly, will prove highly effective and will soon become your best friend.

If you're not happy with your product then please feel free to return it to us as we want you to be a happy customer. Pretty simple really.
We will either exchange the item or refund you unless it breaks any of the below rules:
- Clothing must be in a re-saleable condition (unworn, unsoiled)
- Footwear must not show any signs of wear
- DVDs must be returned in their original packaging
- It must be returned within 14 days of receipt of item
How to return or exchange an item
When returning an item for refund or exchange please use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery and retain the receipt with your tracking code in case it disappears in transit. We will refund you the cost of the postage if the item we sent is not the item you bought (e.g. wrong size or colour) once we receive the original item back in stock.
We will unfortunately not refund any postage costs. We will however send any exchanged items back to you without charging you the postage.
Note: If returning footwear, please, please, please do not use the box the shoes came in to write on / stick the address on etc... as we need this box for the next customer. Please use the bag it came in or something suitable.

If your item is in stock, we will do our best to despatch your order the day you place it but in general you should expect delivery within 5 days. If you haven't received it within 5 days please contact us.
Your order will be sent Royal Mail first class. If you know you are usually out when the postman calls, you can ask us to send your parcel to a different address (eg work) when you place your order.
For items valued at £5.00 or less that will fit through a letterbox we offer you the option of using normal post so you don't have to sign for it. But please be aware that will be at your risk.

Please note that for overseas orders we are only able to deliver to your billing address. All the prices on our website are in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK VAT if applicable (eg guidebooks and magazines are exempt from VAT) If your order is being delivered to a country within the European Union then your bill will include UK VAT unless you are VAT registered (please contact us if this is the case)
If your order is being delivered outside the European Union then you will not be charged VAT, but you will need to pay your country's customs fees and import duties when you receive your package. All orders will incur VAT* if applicable unless the order has come from within the EU and the customer is VAT registered and has supplied a VAT number. *Except Jersey, Guernsey Alderney & Sark which are VAT Exempt and all orders from outside the EU.
About our stock
We try to make sure that our online stock information is accurate when you place your order, but as we don't (as yet) run a live stock update system, when stock gets low we can't promise we will have what you ordered.
We do update the stock availability on the site every day, so if your order is urgent then call us and we will let you know if we have it. Sometimes we'll just plain sell out and it takes a while to re-order. If you really, really want that item, get in touch and we'll try our best to find you one.
